It?s an ALL CITY teach-in where artists, scholars, youth and organizations from across Chicago and throughout the Midwest come together to be part of a unique experience that’s both action-oriented and community-based. The teach-in will feature films, concerts, panel discussions and workshops. A special focus will be on presenting Midwest’s finest as well as international hip-hop artists!
